Heirloom Ornament spun cotton supply kit and video tutorials
**Limited quantity of this kit available**
* My dear friend Rebecca of Sweet Minou Chocolate has provided enough chocolates for a dozen more kits and I have enough books for that same number of kits, after that it may be out of stock for a time (or I will offer it without those things at a lower price until more are available)

Let's make vintage-style cotton batting bird ornaments together ❤️
This kit has all my current favorite materials for spun cotton ornament making and a few fancy extras because it's the holidays! This kit also includes access to several additional make-along videos for other kinds of birds (besides what is available publicly on YouTube, which features ducks and geese).
(Again, as I like to remind you - you don’t need the fancy supplies - cotton balls work fine especially for your first attempts)
That said, good materials can make the creation process easier, and I've tried to make this collection very special and it might be worth it to some of you… as part of this kit, you'll also receive the password to a private page on my website which will include several additional video tutorials.
At the time I'm listing these kits, I plan to share make-alongs for songbirds, a swan, and hats as part of this kit - these videos will not be available on YouTube or to anyone except those who purchase this supply kit. You will receive the link to the page and the password with your supply kit and will retain access as long as this website exists (which I think will be many years), and of course you can download the videos.
This kit contains:
a copy of Two Odd Ducks, a little book I’ve written and illustrated, which tells the story of a little girl and an older “grand lady” who become friends because of a shared love for ducks and hens.. the little girl learns that she can help the older lady and the older lady shares her stories and teaches the girl how to make spun cotton sculptures. The book is softcover, measures 4 by 6,” 65 pages.
2 limited edition chocolates, made by my friend Rebecca of Sweet Minou Chocolate 🩷she crafts her chocolate from fair-trade, organic cacao beans (the current chocolates contain tree nuts but are dairy free)
1.5 oz organic cotton fiber
2 thicknesses of 100% cotton quilt batting
4 lengths each of 24 gauge and 8 lengths of 26 gauge paper covered wire
