Cats in the Garden variety set of EIGHT greeting cards for Valentine's Day, Spring greetings, Easter, and Mother's Day

$45.00
Sold Out

Some spring scenes from my Cats in the Garden series of illustrations… hopefully to be continued and built upon through the seasons. 🌷

These pictures are created by painting a whole scene's worth of different elements on paper and fiberboard, much like creating a set for a play… and then setting up and arranging those pieces to create a little dimensional world for the characters to live and play. It took hundreds of hours to bring this small series of cats in the garden cards into being and I hope you'll enjoy the depth to the scenes and the slightly unusual look it lends as a world somewhere between 2 and 3 dimensions.

Cards on the scale that I sell and print them are truly more a labor of love than a good way to raise funds but I continue to make them - and spend a lot of time making them - because I love greeting cards myself — I think sending and receiving them is very important to making and maintaining real and lasting connections, and they're the most affordable way for most people to own any artist's work.

Set of EIGHT folded greeting cards in four designs, two of each design, blank inside, mix of sizes.

The largest two designs measure 4.25 by 6 inches and come with recycled brown kraft style paper self-sealing envelopes. The middle size fits a 3.5 by 5 inch pink self-sealing envelope. The enclosure size measures 2.75 by 3.75 inches and had matching pale pink envelopes.

Printed locally from a photograph of a staging of many small acrylic paintings.

Please contact me via email (rosannadannadell@gmail.com) or direct message on Instagram if you’d like to order a greater quantity of these cards, as I can offer a better price. International friends, please contact me as I might be able to find a more affordable shipping option than the package rate.
